Sorry I've been MIA. Here is what's happening. I am currently at my home in CT, preparing for my trip to LA. I've bought my ticket and I'm leaving (for real this time) on labor day. I found a cheap one way flight on jet blue with extra leg room so I'm happy. My stay is open ended. I am still waiting to hear from the HR departments at Paradigm and C.A.A.. I am counting on them contacting me at some point this week. If they don't, at least I will already be in L.A. and can be at their offices at a moments notice. I don't have a place to stay yet, but I'm working on it. I am not leaving this time until I land a job. When that happens, I will then be able to fly home, get in my car and start my trek back out west to start my new life. I am prepared for the reality that the agencies don't have a place for me right now, and the possibility that I will have to find a job to pay the rent, bills, etc, until I land the job I'm working hard to get. I have a great support team behind me, and I am excited for what's to come in the near future. Once I hear from the coast, I will be right back on here to let you all know what's next.
