No Luck

Once again we didn't get the house. The homeowner told us his wife, who is in China, didn't want a bunch of 20 somethings living there, throwing parties, and probably wouldn't make the payments. First of all, he used his wife who lives in China as the reason why he couldn't rent to us, and then he fed us a bunch of bs about wanting to rent to a family, and then gave us a list of reasons why it wouldn't be a good match. This man doesn't even live in the area. And, he was an awkward racist creep. He told us that there are already a bunch of Armenian families in the neighborhood that have loud parties and he didn't think we'd want to live there anyway. We were excited to have neighbors like that. It sounded fun. It's not cool that he judged us without knowing us. The whole situation was uncomfortable. So we're still looking.
